So, I studied and became a Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician. I have now combined my experience and qualifications to create a unique clinical practice and patient experience that is cutting-edge yet evidence-based in preventative healthcare as well as diagnostic and management therapies for musculoskeletal conditions. My special interest is in optimising girls' and women’s health and well-being related to sporting injuries, physical activity, healthy nutrition, mental well-being, and emotional resilience.”
